Return and Exchange Policy: If the product you receive is damaged or has quality issues, please contact us within 7 days. We will either replace it or provide store credit (cash refunds are not available for wholesale orders to ensure the best possible pricing for all wholesalers).
Custom Orders: If you would like to adjust the design (e.g., change the necklace length) or request a custom order in bulk, please feel free to contact us. Please provide your details and we will provide a quote.

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Standard shipping to most countries takes 7-14 business days. Expedited shipping (3-5 business days) is also available for a small additional fee — simply select this option at checkout.
Q: Can I purchase samples before bulk ordering?
A: Absolutely! You can buy 1-2 samples of any product at 50% of the wholesale price. Simply send us the product ID(s) you want.
Q: Do you offer drop shipping?
A: Yes, we do. If your store operates online and you prefer not to stock inventory, we can ship directly to your customers. Provide your customer’s shipping details when placing the order, and we’ll remove all Fortunatemall branding from the packaging.
Q: Do wholesale prices fluctuate?
A: Your wholesale pricing remains fixed for 12 months after joining. Should adjustments be necessary due to factors like raw material cost increases, we’ll notify you 2 months in advance.
